Lovely 5-room chalet on 3 floors, approximately 110m2, located 100m from the ski slopes in Haute-Nendaz, accommodating 6 people.
Layout:
On the main floor: living/dining room with fireplace, fully equipped open kitchen, sloping mezzanine with TV and children's games. 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink.
On the lower floor: 2 large bedrooms with queen-size beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub, toilet, and sink.
In the basement: 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and sink ((this room is temporarily closed for rental).
Available amenities: washing machine and dryer, ski storage, outdoor parking for 3 vehicles.
Outside: sunny garden and terrace of 20 m2, southwest facing with terrace furniture, deck chairs, and barbecue. North-facing balcony. Beautiful views of the mountains and the valley.
The chalet is located in the Clèves district, 1.5 km from the center. In winter, access with a 4x4 vehicle or chains is recommended. Ideal location for skiing (slopes at 100m).
