Nice 5-room chalet over 3 floors, approx. 110m2, located 100m from ski slopes in Haute-Nendaz for 8 people.

On the main floor: living room/dining room with fireplace, fully equipped open kitchen, vaulted mezzanine with TV and children's play area. 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
On the lower floor: 2 large bedrooms with 1 double bed (2 mattresses of 90x200 cm), 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), 1 bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink.
In the basement: 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and washbasin (this room is temporarily closed for rental).
At disposal: washing machine and dryer - ski storage - outdoor parking spaces for 3 vehicles
Outside: sunny garden and terrace of 20 m2, southwest location with terrace furniture, loungers and barbecue. North-facing balcony. Beautiful view of the mountains and valley.
The chalet is located in the Clèves district, 1.5 km from the center. In winter, access by 4x4 vehicle or chains is recommended. Ideal location for skiing (slopes 100m away).

Outside: large terrace with garden furniture and private garden facing west, garage for 2 cars (max height 2m). Chalet Darjean is located at the start of the Tsamandon district, approx. 600 m from the centre of the resort of Haute-Nendaz. Free ski bus in front of the chalet. Tennis court and swimming pool in summer at 200 m. Restaurant, shops at 400 m. The chalet enjoys sunshine all year round and a beautiful view of the Bernese Alps. Easy access by car to the chalet.
